ffb5823b2a Adding the ability to specify a custom Jitsi URL directly in the map 
This feature allows to add a "jitsiUrl" property in the map.
As a result, you can use for a given Jitsi room a custom instance of Jitsi.
Using "jitsiUrl" will only work with public Jitsi instances (authentication is not supported when "jitsiUrl" property is provided)

The Jitsi external_api.js script is now lazily loaded.

Improve visibility of close button for embedded web pages 
The button (a white x) wasn't visible on white background. Now it is. Also is a little bit larger and changes color on hover.

4b2af705a3 Put hidden input field at the top 
The input field was placed at the bottom, but that lead to some
cutting of the top on mobile Chrome. Putting it at the top seems
to work fine in both Chrome and Fennec.

86e90c2dc2 Make name entry on mobile browsers possible 
Prior to this change, there wasn't a way in mobile browsers to show
the virtual keyboard in order to enter the player name.

With this change, the name entry is now done via a hidden input field,
which enables the use if a virtual keyboard.

Mobile browsers are not special cased, the desktop browsers will also
use the input field.
